Katzenell Dimant represents Crossrider plc, a public company traded on the AIM, in the purchase of all shares of Definiti Media Ltd. and all assets of Adjilion Max Ltd. (a company associated with Definiti), in the total amount of $12,000,000.
We represented Crossrider in the due diligence process, the negotiations of the terms of the transactions, the drafting of all transaction documents and eventually the closing of the two deals.
