Katzenell Dimant represents Jerusalem Technologies Investments Ltd. in its acquisition (reverse merger) by Daniel BS Holdings Ltd., a public Company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
In the framework of the transaction JTI’s shareholders sold 100% of their shareholdings in JTI in exchange for shares of the Daniel BS.
