Overview

Eran specializes in complex securities and corporate law litigation commercial and labor law. He has an extensive experience in representing local and international clients in disputes and conducting proceedings in all types of courts and tribunals. Eran also serves as an arbitrator and mediator and serves as a judicative-member of the Israeli Bar Association’s ethics disciplinary-tribunal in connection with various ethical complaints submitted to the bar.

Eran is also specializes in real estate laws, and consults and assists with negotiations and contracting of acquisitions transactions, sales, rental, lease and tenant agreements of lands, dwellings, offices, industrial and commercial buildings, agreements with contractors, combination agreements, participation and more. Eran also advises and accompanies Evacuation-Construction (“Pinuy-Binuy”) and Condensation-Construction (“Tama 38″) transaction which have recently been very common in the Israeli market.

Eran is a graduate of the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzelia with an LLB with Highest Honors and B.A. (Finance) with Highest Honors. Eran is also a graduate and holds an LL.M (Commercial Law) from the Berkeley University of California in association with the Tel Aviv University.

Eran was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2000 and is fluent in Hebrew and English.
