Achiad is a seasoned corporate and commercial litigator who fights for his clients with wisdom, technique and strategy. While having a well-rounded background in commercial law, Achiad’s dispute resolution practice is focused on conflicts concerning shareholders, securities, technology, intellectual property and labor law issues.
Achiad is also an expert on bankruptcy and restructuring and has also developed a unique specialization in corporate recovery with an emphasis on distressed startups and technology companies. Achiad represents clients in all instances of court, arbitration and mediation, and is often appointed liquidator, receiver or special administrator.
Achiad holds an International Executive MBA from Northwestern University and Tel Aviv University, an LL.M. from Bar-Ilan University and an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University, and was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2004.
Achiad is also a graduate of the continuing studies course “Bankruptcy, Workouts and Reorganizations” from New York University, and a member of the bankruptcy committee of the Israel Bar Association.
