Katzenell Dimant represents Market Tech Holdings Ltd., a public company traded on the AIM, in acquiring StuccoMedia Ltd., an Israeli company with a proprietary e-commerce platform,for US$34,500,000 plus an additional contingent payment of US$8,000,000.
Market Tech owns and manages London’s famous Camden Market. The firm represented the client in the Israeli due diligence and in the negotiation and drafting of the ancillary agreements and documents which were subject to Israeli law and in the closing of the deal from an Israeli perspective.
