Diana’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, international transactions and intellectual property, with a special focus on emerging companies in the pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, cybersecurity, software, mobile, IoT, online media and advertising, and digital health sectors.
Diana advises clients with respect to the legal aspects of their ongoing activity, as well as on strategic transactions in the corporate life cycle. She also specializes in intellectual property, privacy, open-source and other specific issues pertaining to my clients’ activity.
Diana is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University School of Law, and holds an executive MBA, Magna Cum Laude, from the Haifa University Graduate School of Management.
Diana was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2003 and is fluent in Hebrew, English and Hungarian.
