Hagai’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, venture capital, commercial transactions, intellectual property and technological incubators, with a special focus on emerging companies and the startup ecosystem.
Hagai acts on behalf of clients with respect to equity investments, corporate financing and governance, stock options, labor law issues, and all legal aspects of their business activity, often working with founders and investors from seed to exit.
Hagai is a graduate of the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya and holds an LL.B. and a B.A.
Hagai was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2010 and is fluent in Hebrew and English.
