Yaara has extensive expertise and experience in providing strategic advice for solving complex situations in the area of labor relations and human resources, while providing comprehensive legal advice to companies in aspects of labor law and labor relations.

Yaara provides clients with continuous legal advice with regard to issues relating to hiring, terms of employment, termination of employment, non-competition and restrictive agreements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate practices, consultant and external contractor agreements, the prevention of sexual harassment at work, etc., as well as managing litigation cases in the labor courts, Mediation and Arbitration of labor relation cases, preventive orders, procedures before the Ministry of Economy and other procedures in the field.

Yaara is a LLB graduate (cum laude). She is a member of the Israel Lawyers Bar since 2006, and a Lawyers Bar certified  mediator since 2009.
