Neil is a corporate attorney with over 20 years of legal experience, the majority of which as a partner at one of Israel’s leading law firms. Neil holds a strong knowledge of transactional activities and day-to-day commercial issues involving international business initiatives.
Neil handles corporate transactions in Israel and abroad; and advises clients regarding joint ventures and the establishment and ongoing operations of private investment funds, venture capital funds and secondary funds. Neil also handle mergers and acquisitions and investments in the private sector, including, high tech, corporate real-estate (US, Europe and India) & other traditional businesses.
Neil holds unique expertise regarding water infrastructure service projects abroad, especially projects in developing countries. This includes tender proceedings and communications with government entities, relating to these projects.
Neil has represented clients in various sectors on transactions in respect of India (real estate, communications, energy, and food manufacturing), and has extensive experience regarding regulatory proceedings in India.
Neil holds an L.L.B from the Bar Ilan University of Ramat Gan, Israel, and was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 1999.
