Shoshana’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions, including venture capital investments, private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
In addition, Shoshana provides legal advice to Hi-Tech companies in all stages, in connection with their ongoing activities.
Shoshana holds an LLB from the Reichman University.
Shoshana was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2023.
Shoshana is fluent in Hebrew and English.
