Hadar’s practice in corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on start-up companies.
In addition, Hadar provides legal advice to Hi-Tech companies at all stages, in connection with their ongoing business activity.
Hadar holds an LLB (with honors) and a BA in psychology from Reichman University.
Hadar was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2023.
Hadar is fluent in Hebrew and English.
