Yisca represents international and Israeli companies, including hi-tech companies at all stages of development, as well as entrepreneurs, investors and business ventures in M&A transactions, venture capital investments, private equity investments, and commercial transactions. Additionally, Yisca provides ongoing legal advice to tech companies.
Yisca holds an LL.B and B.A. in Political Science from Reichman University.
